Welcome to ivoutdoorlighting.com, operated by IV Lighting LLC, doing business as IV Outdoor Lighting ("we," "us"). By using this site, including our AI lighting visualizer, you agree to these terms.

What we offer

We design and install permanent roofline lighting and landscape lighting for homeowners in the Chicago area. This site lets you preview lighting concepts on a photo of a home and request a free consultation or quote.

The AI visualizer

Your photo. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, of a property you own or represent. Do not upload unlawful or offensive content, or photos of other people. You keep all rights to your photo; you give us permission to process it solely to generate your visualization.

The results are concepts, not promises. Visualizations are generated by AI. They are illustrative planning tools that may contain errors, and they do not represent a guaranteed final installed appearance, fixture count, spacing, or brightness. Every real installation is designed on site by our team.

Fair use of the tool. The visualizer is free for prospective customers in our service area. We limit how many images each visitor can generate, and we may restrict access to protect the service. Please don't script, scrape, resell, or attempt to work around these limits or our service-area checks.

Quotes and consultations

Consultations are free and carry no obligation. Nothing on this site, including AI visualizations or any pricing discussion, is a binding offer. Pricing, scope, and timelines become binding only in a written agreement signed by both you and IV Lighting LLC.

Our content

The site's design, text, branding, and logo belong to IV Lighting LLC. Photos on the site are illustrative of the lighting styles we install. You may share the AI visualization we generate for you, including its watermark, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers

The site and the visualizer are provided "as is." We work hard to keep them fast and available, but we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI generation will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IV Lighting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its free tools. Our total liability related to the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to lighting installation services you purchase from us, which are governed by your written agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
